"The large garden with large pool and comfortable sun beds is lovely! The supermarket is conveniently located around the corner at a minutes' walk and it has everything you need. The distance to the beach is about 15 minutes by car, which is just fine. Javea is a lovely place with great restaurants and a lively boulevard. Just a 5 minute walk brings you to the lighthouse and an amazing view. It's also a great place for lunch or dinner. We've had super holidays and would love to come back, we definitely recommend this house!" - Anita -

"We had a super vacation at Villa Napoles and a friendly and spontaneous welcome by Nicole and Bas."

Villa Napoles is brand new and has eveything you need. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with walk-in showers, toilets and sinks. The ground floor has a spatious living room, a sattelite TV, modern kitchen with a fridge, freezer, induction hot plate, micro wave and dishwasher. There's a second fridge (handy is you're a large group), 2 high- en childrens beds. The villa has air conditioning. The plot has a large pool, plenty of sun beds and relax chairs, a large wooden dining table, also great for breakfast. There's a big Weber BBQ and an electric pergola if you'd like a bit of shade during dinner or drinks. The supermarket is a 1 minute walk and has everything you need, including a bakery and a butcher. The location of the villa is great: 10 minutes to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the lighthouse with a perfect view of the sea. Javea, Denia and Moraira are nearby and you can park up to 3 cars on your own plot. We had a great time and hope to come back." - Stan & Monique -

"Were able to rent this villa last-minute after searching for weeks for a place to stay with 3 families."

"You'll enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful, clean pool. Little shop at a minute's walk. City centre and boulevard are a six minute drive. 40 minutes to Benidorm, 30 minutes to Calp and 40 minutes to Valencia. Such a treat! Or stay in your own surroundings and enjoy. The villa has everything you need and so do the surroundings. The owner is a super kind, sympathetic and empathic man. We will definitely return next year." - Zairo -

"Villa Napoles is a beautiful villa and it has all the facilities you could wish for."

"A wonderful pool, sun beds and outdoor bar. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and they've also thought of the youngest of kids. The kitchen has been outfitted well. When we collected the keys, we met the owners. Very friendly people, as well as the caretakers. We had a memorable holiday as renters with children and grandchildren. Thank you Bas, Nicole and Ben. The plot has a large pool, plenty of sun beds and relax chairs, a large wooden dining table, also great for breakfast.
