RATES
2 high chairs and 2 cots are included
Minimum stay: 7 nights
Deposit: € 500.00 per stay
Electricity: € 50.00 per week, will be deducted from the deposit
Final cleaning: € 170.00 per stay, will be deducted from the deposit
Reservation fee: 30% deposit upon booking. The booking is only final upon receipt of the deposit. Remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period 40% of the rental amount
Cancellation between the 90th and 30th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental amount
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental amount.
We advise you to take out a short-term cancellation insurance.
