Villa Napoles is our newly built holiday villa in Cabo la Nao, Javea. It can accommodate 11 persons.
The luxury villa has 5 bedrooms (4 spacious bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds for children), 4 spacious bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen.
The living room, surrounded by a glass front, overlooks the spacious garden of 1800m2 and the terrace with a swimming pool of 10 x 5. The pool has 2 separate lounge areas and a staircase.
The essentials of the villa and the plot are on a single floor, which makes it ideal for the disabled. All rooms are air-conditioned and floor heating is available in winter.
When entering the villa, you’ll enter the living room. It's very spacious with a big sofa, satellite TV, Playstation 3, large dining table and a beautiful open-plan kitchen with high end equipment. In winter you can use the floor heating system, but most of the time it is not needed. In summer you can use the airconditioning. To open the glass fronts you don’t need a key, just pull the switch to lock/unlock.
The kitchen is very spacious with all kinds op equipment: a large fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, electric cooking plate and of course a kettle and coffee maker (Nespresso).
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are fitted with a double bed and have their own en-suite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are mostly used for children, one has 2 single beds and the other one has a bunkbed. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
Every bedroom has airconditioning and its own remote control. Every bathroom has a toilet, sinks and a large walk-in shower. You can use the towels in the villa, there is no need to bring your own. Bedding is also provided, so again no need to bring your own. There are spare sets in the closets in case of an accident, so you can always replace if need be.
In the summer you're really going to need the electric pergola. The remote is inside and is self-explanatory, just 2 single buttons. The pergola is really strong and can withstand quite a lot of wind.
You don’t need to look after the pool; it is taken care of all year. You may want to cover up the pool at the end of the day, in spring and summer. During the day the pool will heat up, but during the night it can really cool off quickly.
Washing
There is a washing machine at your disposal, in the closet at the stairs.. You can also use the dryer, but most of the time it is quicker to take your laundry out and let the sun do its work.
Garbage disposal
When leaving the gate, walk to the left and you’ll see 2 large containers. Both of them are available for garbage disposal.
Next to the tennis club Los Pinos is a tiny supermarket. Probably the easiest way to get you started for your holiday.
Underneath the pergola, left of the pool, there’s a barbecue ready for use. It only needs a gas bottle. When the barbecue runs out of gas, the supermarket can provide you with a new full gas bottle. Don’t forget to bring in the empty one!

RESERVATION FEE
30% deposit upon booking. The booking is only final upon receipt of the deposit. Remaining amount no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental amount.
Cancellation between the 90th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental amount.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental amount.
We advise you to take out a short-term cancellation insurance.
The villa is situated in Balcon al Mar in Javea. Right in the middle of Alicante and Valencia. Both have international airports with plenty of flights going in and out all day. From both directions you can follow the AP-7 to Javea, approximately a 1 hour 15 minutes drive to the villa.
